An ongoing group of writers that meets every Monday night at a restaurant in White Plains. Two people submit every week and the group reviews their work and discusses it at the meeting. Meetings are usually two hours. A writer will on average submit once a month. Before being admitted to the group, we require a writing sample. Any representative work will be fine.  It doesn't have to be long.

The Stratford Scribes is a group of Fairfield County writers serious about the creation and publication of their craft. Welcome to Staten Island writers! Meetups will start with a writing prompt which members will have 20 or so minutes to write. They will then be read, but this isn't obligatory. Afterwards, we will review someone's writing and take turns offering them constructive feedback.
